We have traveled throughout the United States, England, Ireland, and Germany on buying trips, consulting with other restoration professionals, and visiting antiques shops, art studios, museums, and the premier china, crystal, glass, porcelain and pottery manufacturing facilities. Clients send us their broken and chipped crystal, glass, porcelain, and pottery items. We carefully inspect each item, ensuring the client is aware of the repair and restoration process. Missing parts like fingers, hands, legs, handles, and other parts can be recreated and replaced without detection. Color matching and texture duplication are imperative.
